Introduction

Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and tak11 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They govern all access to and use of the tak11 website at tak11.vip, including all games, betting markets, account services, promotions, and payment processing available on the platform.

By creating a tak11 account, accessing the tak11 platform, placing a bet, or making a deposit, you unconditionally accept these T&C. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the tak11 platform. tak11 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time; continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility

Who May Use tak11

To register and maintain a tak11 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. tak11 does not permit use of the platform by any person under the age of 21, without exception.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, bots, automated services, and third-party account operators are not permitted.
• You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion arrangement with tak11 or any related platform, and must not have had a tak11 account previously closed for breach of these T&C.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information at all times. Providing false identity information is a serious breach of these T&C and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances.

Your Account

Account Registration, Security, and Verification

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one tak11 account. Opening or maintaining multiple accounts — whether in your own name or under another identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any accumulated balances, including pending withdrawals.

tak11 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major Bangladesh bank transfers. All transactions on tak11 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all payment activity on tak11:

tak11 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts automatically or upon valid claim, as specified in the promotion details. tak11 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, the standard rollover requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses may only be used on games or betting markets specified in the promotion. Unless stated otherwise, sports betting does not contribute to meeting casino bonus wagering requirements, and vice versa.
• One bonus offer per player, per promotion period, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses through multiple accounts or by other fraudulent means will result in disqualification and account closure.
• tak11 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at any time and for any reason, including if it believes a promotion is being abused, exploited, or claimed in bad faith. Seasonal promotions linked to events such as Eid, BPL cricket season, or Pohela Boishakh are time-limited and expire as stated in each offer.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on tak11 and will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant legal authorities:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, evading limits, or circumventing any term of these T&C.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, bonus outcomes, or betting results on tak11.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with tak11 in a manner not intended for legitimate human gameplay.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, money laundering, or fraud through tak11 payment channels.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information during registration or KYC verification, or impersonating another person.

Responsible Gaming & Termination

Responsible Gaming Obligations and Account Closure

tak11 is committed to responsible gaming and provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion for all players. During a self-exclusion period, tak11 will make reasonable efforts to prevent your account from being used; however, tak11 accepts no liability if you circumvent self-exclusion measures. tak11 reserves the right to close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects breach of these T&C, fraudulent activity, AML concerns, or regulatory risk. Upon closure, any bonus balances are forfeited. Real money balances will be returned to the player following successful completion of any outstanding verification requirements, minus any amounts subject to legitimate withholding.

Liability & Law

Limitation of Liability and Applicable Law

tak11 provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of odds and game outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tak11's aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these T&C or use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These T&C are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these T&C or your use of tak11 that cannot be resolved through tak11's internal complaint procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. If any provision of these T&C is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Amendments

Changes to These Terms

tak11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these T&C at any time. Where changes are material, tak11 will endeavour to notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the tak11 platform after any amendment has been published and notified constitutes your acceptance of the revised T&C.
